Michael L. Orcutt, a native of Ann Arbor, Michigan, has more than 35 years of leadership experience with Domino’s Pizza. By age 17, he was a store manager and later started supervising several Domino’s locations.  Mike continued to climb the corporate ladder and in 1985, became Southeast Regional Vice President based in Atlanta.  Mike went on to become Vice President of Operations for Domino’s Pizza in Ann Arbor.

In 1989, Mike returned to Atlanta.  He started his franchise with 9 stores and soon thereafter purchased eight additional stores.  Since that time his company, Cowabunga, Inc. (named by its managers) has grown to 79 locations.

Cowabunga, Inc. now has 1,200 employees and is the largest singly-owned franchise in the United States.  The locations are located in Georgia, Alabama and  South Carolina.

Offering a rare blend of creative and operational strengths, Mike is recognized for his success and ability to quickly identify and overcome sales and growth obstacles.  Additionally, Mike has always been passionate about taking care of his Team Members.  This is reflected most with his efforts in starting the Domino’s Pizza Partners Foundation, a non-profit organization established to assist team members in time of special need or tragedy. Since its inception, the Partners Foundation has helped thousands of Domino's Pizza team members and their families with financial, emotional, intermediary and advisory assistance.
